Dota: Rexxar
67He's one of the Mok'nathal, the legendary half-orcs. The beastmaster previous helped Thrall and the rest of the orcs settle into the lands of Durotan following the War of the Burning Legion. After the battle with Admiral Proudmoore (unrelated to the Defense of the Ancients hero who took his name), Rexxar went back into the life of a hermit. However, once the undead scourge began invading yet again, he took up his axes and looked towards battle. The beastmaster fights with the rest of the sentinel forces on the DOTA battlefield and brings with him several wild beasts... a great giant hawk, and a lowly quillboar. Rexxar hurls his axes in the manner of boomerangs at anyone who gives him a bad look... which he sees a lot of being a half-orc. The beastmaster is an ally to be counted on when he is needed the most and won't let the Ancients fall as long as he still breathes.
Abilities
He's a well-rounded strength hero. Unlike most melee heroes, Rexxar's skills don't make him a one trick hero in Dota. He's capable of fighting any enemy on even terms even if he doesn't have quite the DPS or Support potential as some other characters.
Call of the wild: Creatures come out of the forests to the beastmaster's aid. A giant hawk and a quillboar at higher levels. The hawk can fly around granting vision of the area. The quillboar has a poisonous attack that slows enemy movement and attack speeds. The hawk can also turn invisible for very short periods of time.
Inner beast: Rexxar is able to call out the forces within everyone else on the battlefield. Everyone gets powered by their animal self, similar to those people in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, and attack much faster because of it. This includes the half-orc himself.
Wild axes: The beastmaster hurls his twin axes in the air. They fly towards the enemy, and then begin the trail of the other axe back into his own hands. Unlucky Dota heroes might get hit twice, taking double damage from this ability.
Primal roar: Rexxar sets his sights on a single foe. He channels the Lion beast in the form of a mighty roar... This battlecry is so thunderous that it knocks everything out of the way, leaving just the target and the beastmaster staring him down. Whoever is the unlucky recipient of this roar is shocked for several seconds... giving Rexxar enough time to advance with his axes in hand.
